劉思泰先生是高通副總裁暨台灣、東南亞與紐澳區總裁。出生於馬來西亞，他曾在馬來西亞、新加坡和英國接受教育。

劉思泰負責高通在此區域的所有業務和營運。在此之前，他擔任高通公司副總裁暨台灣區總裁。

劉思泰在通訊產業擁有三十年以上領導業務和研發的資歷，曾任宏碁股份有限公司的智慧產品事業總裁，並在瑞士和台灣居住期間，負責針對全球市場、非PC產品線的研發和銷售。

加入宏碁之前，劉思泰在摩托羅拉（Motorola）公司任職超過十八年，帶領區域研發團隊，後來也負責全球產品規劃和業務團隊，產品涵蓋行動無線電、呼叫器、數據終端設備到蜂巢式無線通訊產品。任職期間，他曾居住在中國、韓國、美國和印度。

劉思泰擁有新加坡國立大學工商管理碩士學位，及英國里茲大學電機及電子工程學位。

現任台達智慧能源方案新事業發展部副總經理，於產業深耕二十餘年，在台達歷任單相不斷電系統事業部主管、變壓器與個人電腦電源供應器業務經理等職務，在電力電子產品銷售、營運和管理方面擁有豐富經驗，憑藉其在電力電子領域的深厚經驗，致力於推動台達於智慧能源領域的創新發展，期許為全球能源轉型貢獻所長。

馮偉意為德州儀器台灣與南亞業務總經理，負責台灣與南亞客戶發展與關係管理。其於 2008 年加入德州儀器以來，歷任技術行銷工程師、區域業務經理、台灣業務總監、台灣與南亞策略客戶業務總經理等多項職務，並曾派任美國舊金山擔任區域業務經理。其帶領台灣與南亞業務團隊加快重要客戶市場布局、發展與成長，提升德州儀器客戶服務價值並進一步擴大市場。

馮偉意擁有台灣大學醫學工程碩士學歷，目前正在攻讀台灣大學EMBA課程。

Srinivasa Desikan is a Mechanical Engineer with a business management and data sciences graduation from the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, India and the University of Texas at Austin and over 33 years of industrial experience in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement and sales & business development. Desikan, is currently the Director – Sales in the Greater Asia and Taiwan Region of UL Solutions.

Desikan’s career has spread across various industrial segments, and he has worked for several illustrious industrial houses in the automobile, healthcare, packaging, medical devices and TIC segments.

Desikan’s expertise in the field of manufacturing operations and commercial function in various industries is backed by his enthusiasm in developing various processes for process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness improvement in operations and his never dying passion for quality, safety and enhancing customer experience. He has been instrumental in getting process and quality certifications, establishing harmonized manufacturing policies and customer experience initiatives and is also trained as Lead Assessor for ISO 9000. Throughout his career, Desikan has toured the globe extensively and has worked in various cultures establishing Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Safety programs and has also run manufacturing and service-oriented operations successfully.

Desikan is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt, certified by the American Society for Quality.

Dr. Matsugatani received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Kyoto University in 1987 and 1989, respectively. He joined DENSO CORPORATION in 1989, where he has more than 25 years’ experience of R&D activities in the field of electronics, including compound semiconductor devices, microwave and millimeter-wave circuits, wireless communication system and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System). In 2010, he received his Ph.D. degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology. Throughout his career at DENSO CORPORATION, he has held various leadership positions including Director of Research and Development Division 3 in 2010, Director of ADAS Business and Technology Development Division in 2016, and Executive Director, Head of Engineering in Europe in 2017, and Executive Officer, Head of Engineering in North America in 2019. Currently he is the Senior Director of Corporate R&D Center at DENSO COPRORATION and serves as a Member of the Board for MIRISE Technologies Corporation.

栗永徽所長在AI、深度學習及機器學習方面擁有深厚的研究基礎。於CMU就讀博士時，與其他CMU同學參加由NIST舉辦的人臉辨識大挑戰（FRGC）及虹膜識別大挑戰（ICE），獲得學術組第一名。此外，他是一位對AI技術有深刻見解且有才華的發明家，可以把複雜的學術理論轉化為實體產品並且應用於普羅大眾的生活中，在全世界最重要的發明展中多次獲得金牌與特別獎的榮譽，包括匹茲堡國際發明展、日內瓦國際發明展、矽谷國際發明展等等。他也在學術界積極服務，並於九個以上的國際會議中擔任技術委員會及議程委員會的成員。 研究專長 : 人工智慧、深度學習、機器學習、計算機視覺、生物特徵辨識（人臉識別、虹膜識別）、工業4.0、醫療影像處理、自動駕駛。
