ST Liew is a Vice President of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and the President of Qualcomm Taiwan and South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand. ST was born in Malaysia and was educated in Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. His permanent home is Singapore.

In this role, ST is responsible for leading all business and operational functions for Qualcomm in the region. Prior to this role, ST served as the Vice President and President of Qualcomm Taiwan.

ST has more than 30 years of experience leading businesses and R&D in the telecommunication industry. Most recently ST was the President of Acer’s new Business Group SPBG that focused on R&D and Sales of non PC lines of product for the global market while living in Switzerland and later in Taiwan.

Before joining Acer, ST was in Motorola for over 18 years leading Regional R&D Teams and later in Product planning, business Teams across the world in products ranging from Mobile radios, Pagers, Data terminals to Cellular phones. ST has lived in China, Korea, USA and India during his tenure.

Liew received his MBA from the National University of Singapore, and holds a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.

Jim Chen, Vice general manager of Energy System Solutions Business Department at Delta Electronics, boasts over 20 years of industry experience. Jim has held key positions at Delta, including business head of the Single Phase UPS Business Unit and sales manager for the Adapter and PC Power Supply departments. Eun Choong Kim, President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Taiwan Ltd., has been driving the company’s growth and market leadership since August 2023. With over a decade of experience in the automobile industry, E.C. began his career as a Management Trainee (CAReer) with Mercedes-Benz in 2009. He has since held key roles in Corporate Strategy, Sales Planning, and Operations at Daimler AG and Mercedes-AMG GmbH. Before joining Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, E.C. served as Head of Sales Planning & Logistics at Beijing Mercedes-Benz Sales Service Co. Ltd. William Feng is the Taiwan and South Asia Sales & Applications General Manager at Texas Instruments, responsible for developing and managing client relationships in Taiwan and South Asia. William joined TI in 2008 and has held various positions including Technical Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, Taiwan Sales Director, and Taiwan and South Asia Contract Manufacturing General Sales Manager. He was also assigned to San Francisco, USA, as a Regional Sales Manager. He leads the Taiwan and South Asia sales team in accelerating the development and growth of major accounts, successfully expanding the market.

William holds a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at National Taiwan University.

Srinivasa Desikan is a Mechanical Engineer with a business management and data sciences graduation from the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, India and the University of Texas at Austin and over 33 years of industrial experience in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement and sales & business development. Desikan, is currently the Director – Sales in the Greater Asia and Taiwan Region of UL Solutions.

Desikan’s career has spread across various industrial segments, and he has worked for several illustrious industrial houses in the automobile, healthcare, packaging, medical devices and TIC segments.

Desikan’s expertise in the field of manufacturing operations and commercial function in various industries is backed by his enthusiasm in developing various processes for process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness improvement in operations and his never dying passion for quality, safety and enhancing customer experience. He has been instrumental in getting process and quality certifications, establishing harmonized manufacturing policies and customer experience initiatives and is also trained as Lead Assessor for ISO 9000. Throughout his career, Desikan has toured the globe extensively and has worked in various cultures establishing Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Safety programs and has also run manufacturing and service-oriented operations successfully.

Desikan is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt, certified by the American Society for Quality.

Dr. Matsugatani received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Kyoto University in 1987 and 1989, respectively. He joined DENSO CORPORATION in 1989, where he has more than 25 years’ experience of R&D activities in the field of electronics, including compound semiconductor devices, microwave and millimeter-wave circuits, wireless communication system and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System). In 2010, he received his Ph.D. degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology. Throughout his career at DENSO CORPORATION, he has held various leadership positions including Director of Research and Development Division 3 in 2010, Director of ADAS Business and Technology Development Division in 2016, and Executive Director, Head of Engineering in Europe in 2017, and Executive Officer, Head of Engineering in North America in 2019. Currently he is the Senior Director of Corporate R&D Center at DENSO COPRORATION and serves as a Member of the Board for MIRISE Technologies Corporation.

Director Yung-Hui Li, has deep research foundation in AI, deep learning and machine learning. Since he was a Ph.D. student, he and other CMU students attended the Face Recognition Grand Challenge (FRGC) and Iris Challenge Evaluation (ICE) held by NIST, and they were ranked as 1st place among academic group. Moreover, he is a talented inventor with insightful perspective for AI technology, transforming complex academic theories into products and apply them in life, he has won the golden medal and special medal award in several most important international invention competitions. He also serves actively in academic community and has been members of technical committee or program committee in more than nine international conferences.
