Akio Tanaka was formerly the head of venture investment program for Adobe in Asia and was responsible for Adobe's corporate venture investment in Greater China, Japan, and India.
Previous to Adobe, Mr. Tanaka held the position of CTO for Macromedia Japan working as part of the local management team as well as the position of Technology Advisor to the CEO for Macromedia Inc. at the US headquarters advising the CEO on investment and M&A strategies in Asia.

A former entrepreneur with more than a decade of R&D experiences in Asia, Silicon Valley and France, Jerry finally switched to the dark side of venture capital and is currently Partner of the Hardware Club, a Paris-based venture community for global hardware startups, currently composed of 68 startups from 19 different countries. Self-diagnosed with comfort-zone-phobia, Jerry has published three books and speaks fluent English, Japanese, French and Italian. He earned his MBA degree with HEC Paris while working full-time. Jerry also holds BSEE and MSEE degrees with National Taiwan University and is currently CFA Level III Candidate.

於 1989 年獲 University of California, San Diego, 經濟博士學位，隨後任教於 University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, 和台灣大學經濟系。於 1999 年轉任中央研究院經濟研究所，並於 2001 年起擔任所長，其間升等為特聘研究員。009 年轉回台灣大學財務金融系，任「台大講座」教授，012　年被任命為行政院政務委員，次年兼任經濟建設委員會主任委員，再一年為國家發展委員會首任主任委員，但於 2015 年辭職。先後於 2002 與 2014 年獲選為中央研究院和世界科學院 (TWAS) 院士。

1998年加入時代基金會任職副執行長，負責與國際一流學府如MIT、Sloan School 、UC -Berkeley、IMD的聯繫及產業合作計劃。2003年起，為培養未來俱國際視野及競爭力的年輕一代策劃「國際青年創業領袖計劃 (Young Entrepreneurs of the Future, YEF)邀集企業界參與培育年輕人才， 造就30個以上的優秀新創公司。2012年設立「Garage +」育成中心，與全球知名創投集團策略聯盟，提供全球創業團隊種子基金 (Seed Fund)、A輪基金、 業師輔導 、專業課程、創業顧問服務。 所輔導包括 ICT、健康醫療、創意產業、軟硬整合等50個新創團隊， 有募資需求者已有73%募資成功。

業界人稱「大河馬」，交通大學資訊工程研究所博士，是台灣少數同時具有工程、領導與業務能力的知名網路創業家，曾任職於美國 IBM Silicon Valley Lab 與趨勢科技。 近8年的創業過程時時都在挑戰，而充滿自信的他能隨時轉變來應付各種挑戰。最初領導的技術團隊 funP.com 為台灣 Web 2.0 創業的標竿，轉型為 cacaFly 後成為台灣第一家社群行銷服務公司並代理 Facebook 與 Microsoft 的廣告業務，成功帶領團隊轉型與成長。 近兩年 funP 集團的佈局更加深了數位廣告技術的研發，建立研發RTB廣告技術的「TenMax」、研發及銷售廣告交易平台的「AdHub」，以及提供RTB顧問式大數據整合策略分析及營運的「ADnalyst」。

Jeffrey Paine is the founding partner of Golden Gate Ventures, an early stage technology venture capital fund based in Singapore investing in Southeast Asia. Jeff started and manages the Founder Institute in Singapore where he is currently overseeing its expansion in Southeast Asia, and Japan. Since 2010 the Founder Institute in Singapore has graduated over 70 companies. He is a recipient of the Founder Institute Director Award 2012 for "Greatest Ecosystem Impact" Worldwide (Singapore).

2013年加入GGV紀源資本，目前擔任管理合夥人。重點關注移動互聯網、跨境電商、線上教育和互動娛樂等領域。經歷涵蓋風險投資、互聯網創業，及科技投資銀行，主導投資或擔任董事的多家創業公司已成長為行業領軍企業。2007到2013年童士豪在啟明創投專注於中國區域的投資。在此之前，他在矽谷的Bessemer Venture Partners工作了3年。連續3年(2013/20142015)登上美國福布斯雜誌Forbes Midas List最佳全球創投人的榜單。他也被《創業家》和《第一財經》雜誌評為中國十大最受創業者尊敬的VC。

為台灣第一位進入美國知名加速器Y Combinator及Techstars的連續創業家。在創立Codementor 之前，威廷曾與哥哥劉威麟共同創辦Mr.6行銷團隊。他也曾於矽谷創立股票投資網站SocialPicks，並多次國際大賽肯定。劉威廷畢業於美國史丹佛大學研究所。

於2009年底成立美商雲端科技，希望藉此解決一個行動運算中困難問題－－如何讓行動瀏覽器和桌機瀏覽器一樣好。先前在Google任職7年，先後參與了 Gmail, Toolbar, Ads還有WiFi等計劃。更早前在 Microsoft任職5年，參與 Windows NT, Active Directory 以及 Web TV等計劃。畢業於台灣大學電機系，在美國加州大學洛杉磯分校取得計算機科學博士學位。
