Valence Technologies is a Belgian deep-tech spin-off from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) developing HEALANT®, a self-healing material platform.

The company initially targets the mobility sector, where punctures cause safety risks, downtime, and material waste. In bicycles, HEALANT® is applied as a solid self-healing layer to the inside of the tire, enabling instant and autonomous puncture repair without liquids, refilling, or maintenance.
