Yu-Sheng Lin

Vice Chairman, Taiwan Venture Capital Association

Mr. Yu-Sheng Lin serves as Vice Chairman of the Taiwan Venture Capital Association, Executive Supervisor of the Taiwan Private Equity Association, Deputy Executive Director of the Technology Policy and Industry Development Center at National Taiwan University, and General Manager of Taishin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. He also holds board positions in several publicly listed and startup companies. Mr. Lin holds three master’s degrees across law, finance, and business, and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation & Intellectual Property Management. And, the team led by Mr. Lin has received top honors in venture capital operational performance, profitability and growth in the financial sector. Personally, he has been honored with the Golden Merchant Award and the MVP Manager Award. Mr. Lin is experienced in policy research, industry analysis, and business management, and has long been committed to issues related to the startup ecosystem.

Jang-Hwa Leu

Secretary General, Chinese National Federation of Industries

Secretary-General Jang-Hwa Leu graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics. He later obtained a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, and an EMBA from the Graduate Institute of Management at National Taipei University. He has served in the Civil Aeronautics Administration MOTC as Assistant Engineer and Associate Engineer, and subsequently held positions in the Department of Aviation and Navigation MOTC as Executive Officer and Inspector, as well as Section Chief then Senior Technical Specialist of the Department of Industrial Technology MOEA. He later became Secretary General, Deputy Director General, and Director General of the Industrial Development Bureau MOEA. He was previously the first Director-General of the Digital Industry Department, and is dedicated to promoting digital transformation in artificial intelligence, big data, software products, and digital services in Taiwan. Beginning in October of 2024, he became the Secretary General of the Chinese National Federation of Industries.

Dr. Long-Fon Shieh is the Secretary General of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, R.O.C. He is adept at bridging government policy and industry practices, specializing particularly in innovation-driven growth, startup ecosystem development, and strategic resource integration. With a background in both technology and business management, Dr. Shieh bridges policy, capital, and enterprise needs—supporting startups and SMEs in identifying growth opportunities while staying abreast of global innovation and industrial transformation trends.
