* LINE graphics and Facebook community graphics will be created by the conference organizers after collecting the necessary data, applying the conference's exclusive templates, and publishing them on the Facebook and LINE official account.
* The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations of the event, and to cancel the event.
* Exposure will be arranged according to the conference marketing plan, and not every company will have individual exposure opportunities.
A.After submitting the application form, it will undergo an internal review, and the results will be notified. Completing the registration does not guarantee eligibility to participate in the exhibition.
A. The first scenario refers to founders who are not nationals of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and have established a business and headquarters overseas. The second scenario refers to founders who are nationals of the Republic of China (Taiwan) but have established a business and headquarters outside the Republic of China.
A. Booth locations will be assigned and arranged by the organizer.
A. Exhibitors who request to withdraw from the exhibition between now and April 17, 2025, will forfeit 50% of the fees paid. For withdrawal requests made on or after April 17, 2025, all fees paid will be non-refundable. After withdrawing, exhibitors are prohibited from privately transferring their booth or participating under a name other than the one originally registered. Any violation will result in the organizer reclaiming the booth and terminating the exhibitor's participation.
