許介立先生，出生於1974年，大學畢業於加拿大多倫多大學經濟系。而後在東京早稻田大學取得管理碩士及北京大學取得經營管理碩士。現任康舒科技股份有限公司董事長、金仁寶集團企業董事、台灣區電機電子同業公會副理事長、台北市進出口公會理事、中華民國全國工業總會理事、中華民國三三企業交流會理事、新北市文化基金會董事、台灣雲端物聯網產業協會理事等職位。職場生涯經驗包括:電子製造業的生產與銷售、私募基金投資管理、企業董事會運作等。

Mr. Jerry Hsu, who was born in 1974, graduated from the Department of Economics in University of Toronto, Canada. Then, he earned his Master Degree of Management from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan and also another Master Degree of Business Administration from Peking University, China. He currently serves as a Chairman of AcBel Polytech Inc., a Director of the Board of New Kinpo Group, a Vice Chairman of Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association, a Director of Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei, a Director of Chinese National Federation Of Industry, The Third Wednesday Club (San San Fe),a Director of New Taipei City Culture Foundation, a Director of Cloud Computing ＆ IOT Association in Taiwan.He has various experiences at production and sales of electronic manufacturing, private equity investment management, and corporate board operations, etc.

余博士為國立交通大學資訊工程博士，美國Thunderbird School of Global Management EMBA。現任工業技術研究院執行副總暨總營運長，同時也是台灣雲端運算產業協會常務理事及國立交通大學資訊工程系合聘教授。余博士曾任工業技術研究院協理、人工智慧應用策略辦公室主任、巨量資訊科技中心主任及服務系統科技中心主任等。亦曾兼任資策會副執行長、數位轉型研究所所長及大數據所所長。

Dr. Yu received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, and the EMBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is the Executive Vice President and Executive Operating Officer of Industrial Technology Research Institute. He is also the Executive Director of Cloud Computing ＆ IoT Association in Taiwan, and the Adjunct Professor in Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Chiao Tung University. He was the General Director of Computational Intelligence Technology Center and Service Systems Technology Center, Industrial Technology Research Institute. He was also invited as the Executive Vice President and the Director General of Digital Transformation Institute and Data Analytics Technology ＆ Applications Institute, Institute for Information Industry.

During John’s 27 year plus career as journalist and editor, he covered various area, from semiconductor, computer, communication, software to internet. He has done one on one interviews with numerous industry heavyweight leaders, including Bill Gates, Andy Grove, Larry Ellison, John Chambers, Michael Dell, Steve Wozniak, Jerry Yang, and Jack Ma.
John was based in Shanghai from 2003 to 2020 as correspondent, and meanwhile wrote columns for 5 local publications there, as well as a book entitled “Capitalizing China”, published in 2008. He also helped to translate Steve Wozniak’s autobiography, “iWoz”, into Chinese, which was published in 2008.
Besides media work, John is frequently invited to be the host of industry forums and moderator of panel discussions of such events in Taiwan, like the APEC Digital Innovation Forum held in Taipei in 2018 with over 3000 experts and guests from the world. He is currently the co-host of two major annual business events in Taiwan: 1. Future Commerce, set to explore the latest tech pplications for business with forum and exhibition; 2. Meet Taipei, the largest start up festival in Asia with forum and exhibition too.

現任鴻海研究院新世代通訊研究所所長，同時是國立清華大學通訊工程研究所教授及IEEE 車載技術學會台北分會主席，曾任IEEE 亞太無線通訊會議技術議程委員會主席(2018)，曾在美國矽谷擔任研發工作多年。研究興趣包含5G/B5G通訊及網路技術、相位陣列天線訊號處理、機器學習、及無線通訊收發器IC設計。參與3GPP 5G NR 技術標準會議，貢獻多件技術文件，發表超過百篇學術論文及8件國際專利，領導團隊獲得多項IC設計比賽獎項。

Dr. Wu is the Director of Next-Generation Communications Research Center of Hon Hai Research Institute. He also holds full professor position with the Institute of Communications Engineering, National Tsing Hua University. He also serves as the Chair of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Taipei Chapter. He has served the Technical Program Chair of IEEE Asia-Pacific Wireless Communications Symposium in 2018. He has conducted engineering research in Silicon Valley in US for many years. His current research interests include 5G/B5G communications and network technologies, phase array antenna signal processing, machine learning, and wireless transceiver IC design. He has made several technical contributions in 3GPP 5G NR technical meetings, published more than a hundred technical papers and 8 international patents, and lead teams to win several IC design contest competitions.

現任聯發科集團辦公室副總經理、董事長特別助理。曾任晨星半導體資深副總(法務長暨人資長，晨星於2019年併入聯發科)。進入業界前曾任職理律及眾耘法律事務所，其後在半導體設計業界有近二十年的企業法務資歷，也曾任教於交通大學、清華大學及東吳大學科技法學研究所、銘傳大學法律系等教授基礎法學、智財及技術授權相關課程，熟悉專利及營業祕密相關智財訴訟、勞動關係以及併購策略等，產業實務經驗豐富。

Dr. Lin (Sarina) got her Ph.D. degree from NCTU, currently serves as staff to the Chairman of MediaTek, Vice President of MediaTek Group Office since 2000. Dr. Lin worked as senior vice president (GC and HR head) in MStar Semicondutor Inc. (merged into MediaTek in 2019) for 15 years, she specialized in Intellectual Property, Technology Licensing, Labor Law, Trade Secret and M＆A etc. Before joining MStar, Dr. Lin was senior associate at Lee ＆ Lin law firm, partner of Joint International Law Firm. Dr. Lin also taught Technology Licensing, US Property Law, Torts, M＆A etc. in NCTU, NTHU, Soochow University and Ming Chuan University.

Billie Chen is Associate General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC). Ms. Chen is in charge of all patent IP-related functions, including global patent strategy and patent portfolio establishment and offensive and defensive strategies for patent disputes and litigation. Under Ms. Chen’s leadership, TSMC has established a best-in-class IP portfolio, which includes more than 47,000 issued patents worldwide. This has resulted in TSMC’s historical high ranking of No. 3 for ore-grants and No. 6 for grants among the top 100 US patent assignees in 2020. Ms. Chen led TSMC's IP team to win several patent litigations, maintain exceptionally high success rates for inter partes reviews and successfully resolved several patent dispute cases with her professional negotiation and strategic problem solving skills. Ms. Chen is an experienced IP executive and a certified US attorney. She was named an IAM Market Maker for 3 consecutive years during 2016-2018 and is listed in the IAM Strategy 300 - “The World’s Leading IP Strategists” - for 5 consecutive years since 2016.

吳麗娟律師現任宏碁公司全球法務總部全球法務長，領導宏碁的全球法務團隊，負責公司營運及組織上的各種法律事務，協助提供董事會、董事長及經營團隊和各事業單位相關法律諮詢，建置公司法律風險控管架構及法律遵循相關規定，在法務、智慧財產權、各營運總部之相關法律業務、資訊產品相關法務、以及全球授權或訴訟等，具有相當完整與資深的經驗。
吳麗娟律師畢業於國立台灣大學法律系，並擁有中華民國律師執照。

Lydia is currently the global legal chief of Acer's global legal headquarters, leading Acer's global legal team, responsible for various legal affairs of the company's operation and organization, and assisting in providing legal advice to the board of directors, chairman of the board, management team and various business units. Established the company's legal risk control structure and legal compliance with relevant regulations, and also assisted various institutions in handling various legal issues.
She has quite complete and experienced experience in legal affairs, intellectual property rights, legal affairs related to each operational headquarters, legal affairs related to information products, and global licensing or litigation.
Lydia graduated from the Law Faculty of National Taiwan University and holds a lawyer's license from the Republic of China.

盧佳德,美國紐約州律師,現任宏達國際電子股份有限公司之商務發展副總經理暨法務長,主管 HTC 集團全球智權佈局、訴訟、投資及公司治理等事務,同時負責 HTC VIVE VR/AR/XR 與 HTC 旗下健康醫療公司 DeepQ 之人工智慧科技等商務發展。近年來,盧先生曾擔任 2017 年 HTC 與 Google 完成 11 億美金重大交易案之主要負責人、推動 2018 年 Exodus 智慧型手機及區塊鏈科技推廣、以及 2019 年至2020 年間完成與美國著名健康醫療公司 Penumbra 各式創新醫療 VR之合作案。

ChiaTe Lu, NY State licensed attorney, is the Head of Business Development & General Counsel of HTC Corporation, in charge of IP strategy, litigation, investment and corporate governance globally for the HTC group. Mr. Lu, at the same time, also leads the development and expansion of HTC Vive VR/AR/XR as well as HTC affiliate DeepQ's AI application the medical sector. In the past few years, ChiaTe Lu is the main driver of important tasks at HTC such as the US$1.1 billion transaction between HTC and Google in 2017, the launch of first blockchain smartphone Exodus in 2018, and various VR collaborations with global healthcare company Penumbra for innovative therapies in 2019 and 2020.
