Jason joined Darwin Venture in January, 2020. From 2012 to 2019, Jason served as the manager of Garage+ incubator and liaison office of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) at Epoch Foundation. He was responsible of portfolio management, investor and corporate partnership. He had supported more than 350+ start-ups, including 150 international start-ups, in AI, BigData, IoT, Digital Health, and lifestyle fields. The average funding rate reach to 75%. Prior to Garage+, Jason used to work at YFY Group (Yuen Foong Yu) for new business development from 2005 to 2007. Jason also joined 3 start-ups in mobile and telecom industries between 2007 and 2010. He also served as advisor and mentor in several universities, companies, and government projects in recent years.

Dien joined Deloitte in 2004 starting in the audit department for financial industry in Deloitte Taipei office. After 2 years, Dien transferred to Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park in 2006 audit for high-tech companies such as TSMC. After two years of strong experience related to the high-tech and manufacturing companies, Dien was selected by Deloitte Taiwan firm to be the only person in exchange program to Deloitte San Jose office for 18 months. Dien was an Audit Senior in-charge of an PCAOB engagement of software company in San Jose office. After exchange program and back to Taiwan, Dien was promoted to Manager in 2010 and services Taiwan listed companies, U.S. Foreign Private Issuers (TSMC and SMTC) and also Foreign Issuers in Taiwan stock markets. In 2012, Dien transferred to Taipei to serve most of the bio-tech companies, financial bank, financial holdings, and startup companies and promoted to Senior Manager in 2013. Dien is currently Audit Partner in Deloitte and serve Chunghwa Telecom group and other Taiwan listed companies. Dien has been providing service to companies in Taiwan, China, U.S., Singapore and Malaysia. Dien is familiar with R.O.C. GAAP, U.S. GAAP and also IFRSs. The clients are including telecom, semiconductor, IC designs, bio-tech, financial holdings, healthcare, and manufacturing companies. Dien is well experienced in the Initial Public Offering process related to Taiwan and U.S. Markets.

Flora Hsieh is the program director of SparkLabs Taipei, a Venture Capital with Accelerator arm to help local entrepreneurs to go global. The mentorship-driven program targets startups in Artificial Intelligence, VR/AR, mobile application, fintech, e-commerce, digital healthcare, cybersecurity, industrial automation, and other verticals. She was previously the Head of Operation of Junyi Academy, an EdTech NPO that provides K-12 students personalized learning tool, and was responsible for fundraising, recruitment and finance. Prior to Junyi Academy, She got the return offer from J.P. Morgan and started her career at J.P. Morgan Corporate Bank, Investor Services, as a client relationship analyst.
